Organised at the national level, the competition aims to highlight innovative projects led by young farmers and to support the agricultural sector’s transition toward more sustainable, forward-looking models.

A partnership in line with RAGT's values

As a partner to the agricultural world for over a century, RAGT places innovation, sustainability and support for future generations at the heart of its activities. Support for the Graines d'Agriculteurs competition is fully in line with this approach, highlighting initiatives that meet the current and future challenges facing agriculture.

About the 2025 competition

The 2025 edition of the competition is structured around five themes:

  • Biodiversity
  • Sustainable agriculture
  • Territories
  • Diversification
  • Setting up

For each category, 3 finalists have been selected. The public is invited to vote online, until 8 September 2025, to support the most promising projects.

This year, RAGT is sponsoring the Sustainable Agriculture category, which reflects the company's commitment to agronomic performance, environmental responsibility and the resilience of farming systems.

The 3 finalists in this category are:

  • Angeline Michelot, dairy farmer, with her project "Grass at the heart of food autonomy".
  • Jean Harent, a cereal and mixed farming producer, with his project entitled "Hedgerows to combat drought".
  • Julien Bertrand, organic winegrower, with his project "Ever more sustainable".
