|Innovation and research - Working at RAGT

At a time when agricultural and environmental issues are playing an increasingly important role, RAGT has developed a pathway for 2022 that offers the opportunity to train in practical, meaningful and forward-looking professions.

RAGT's 2N Masterclass is part of this dynamic.

An accessible and structured programme

The programme lasts 18 months, divided into three 6-month periods. It takes place at various research sites in France and, more recently, in Germany. It's an opportunity to discover different species, methods and working environments, while developing technical and interpersonal skills.

Who is it for?

This course may be suitable for those who are considering a first professional experience in the agricultural or applied research sector. It may also be of interest to people who are changing careers, who are curious to discover a job in the field, or who are simply looking for a practical, useful and sustainable career plan. No prior specialisation is required: the desire to learn and the ability to adapt are the main driving forces.

Training supervised by experienced teams

Participants are welcomed into enthusiastic teams, who share their know-how and help them to develop their skills. The experience is designed to be immersive, progressive and suited to both beginners and those undergoing retraining.

The prospect of long-term employment

This type of course can open up real opportunities: participants are often given priority when fixed-term or permanent positions are advertised. Since the Masterclass was launched, several new recruits have already been taken on, confirming the programme's employment vocation.

Conditions designed to facilitate integration

Particular attention is paid to welcoming participants: appropriate remuneration, accommodation assistance and payment of moving expenses are provided to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
