RAGT has launched its "Nos blés d'ici" wheat flour, made from RAGT wheat.
Nos Blés d'Ici flour is made from RAGT wheat grown in Aveyron and Tarn. The wheat is then processed by Moulin Calvet in Rignac (12).
You can find it in your RAGT Jardin et Maison shops in 1 kg and 5 kg sizes.
For the launch, we're giving away a collector's tin with every purchase of a bag of flour!
A 100% local approach
- A sustainable and committed approach: Nos Blés d'Ici flour is made from RAGT Semences wheat varieties grown locally to promote a local economy and guarantee origin.
- Traceability from field to plate: complete transparency from plot to point of sale, to reduce the distance between farmers and consumers.
The Goût Terroir approach
Goût Terroir lists RAGT products: Planet beer and Nos Blés d'Ici flour. These products are made from RAGT seed varieties (spring barley and wheat) and are then processed by local operators.
