RAGT unveiled its 2030 strategy at a press conference

The RAGT group is rolling out its 2030 strategy with a clear ambition: to become the No. 1 seeds company in genetics for farmers.

With a unique portfolio of 40 species covering most crop rotations, RAGT stands out for its integrated approach combining varietal innovation, agronomic solutions, precision technologies and support for farmers.
precision technologies and support for farmers.

Laurent Guerreiro, Chairman of the RAGT Group, explains: "Agriculture is undergoing an unprecedented transformation. Our role, as a seed company, is to support this transformation with boldness and responsibility. Our 2030 strategy is based on a global and sustainable approach, serving farmers and the major challenges of food, the environment and climate change.
This strategy has already resulted in a number of innovations.

This strategy is already being translated into concrete innovations: organic seed treatments, biocontrol, biostimulation, multi-service plant cover, companion plants, as well as the development of digital and precision tools (AAD, AI, drones, GPS). This integrated approach
combines agronomic solutions, rotation diversification, zero bare soil, nitrogen recovery and genetic innovation.

Damien Robert, Managing Director of RAGT Semences, explains:
"Tomorrow's agriculture will not come down to a single innovation, but to a combination of several levers: genetic, agronomic and digital. It is this integrated approach that we are deploying at RAGT, to enable farmers to produce better, sustainably and profitably."

Sugar beet is becoming a strategic priority. The acquisition of Deleplanque has strengthened this positioning and enabled us to invest in cutting-edge tools, such as the new BLUE MOBILE, a latest-generation research harvester. These investments will feed RAGT's databases to accelerate genetic progress and develop varieties that are more tolerant to diseases and pests.

Sébastien Chatre, Director of Research at RAGT, comments: "With RAGT's multi-species expertise and its genomic and predictive breeding tools, we are going to speed up beet research to deliver varieties that are increasingly resilient to disease and insects, as well as to climate change. From this autumn, our commitment is to step up our investment in breeding to offer farmers innovative solutions without delay.

As part of this 2030 strategy, the Group is taking a major step forward: the historic Deleplanque and Strube brands will evolve in 2026 to be united under a single identity, RAGT. With a single banner from autumn 2026, this strong, clear brand will reflect the Group's strength and coherence in serving farmers.
