Partnerships and inter-professional collaboration
Strong bonds that shape RAGT's independence.
Our vision
As an independent group, RAGT plays an active role in the agricultural sector, recognised for its expertise in several areas, including seeds, livestock feed, and biomass conversion.
Its position is built on a commitment to developing strong, lasting partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
In action
A player in regional development
RAGT works alongside farmers in Aveyron and Tarn to help them develop their economic tools. The Group has holdings in various producer organisations such as Ovi Plateau Central, GID Lacaune, Celia, Sica 2G.
From the very beginning, RAGT has been deeply committed to agriculture. Through a strong network of partners, we continue to drive sustainable farming and strengthen local communities.
Shaping the future of agriculture
RAGT has a close partnership with young farmers. In Aveyron and Tarn, this takes shape through the Cap Jeunes programme, which supports new farm start-ups. Nationally, RAGT collaborates with young farmers to test and refine its most innovative solutions on a network of pilot farms.
The RAGT Group is also linked to young farmers through the Terres Innovantes endowment fund, which aims to promote the farming profession to the general public in France.
A player in the development of the sector
As a major force in agriculture, RAGT plays an active role in several inter-professional organisations, where many of its employees share their expertise and contribute to collective progress:
- Agricultural distribution and food manufacturing: NégoA, Snia, SoFab
- Seeds: CTPS, FNPSMS, UFS, Terres Univia, Terres Inovia, Sofiproteol, Arvalis, AGPM, Euroseeds, ISF, Semae, BDP (Federal Association of German Breeders)
- Territorial development and Innovation: Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation
A training partner
The Group attaches great importance to the development of its home region, and as such is also involved in training.
This is the case with agricultural colleges and universities. It is represented on the boards of INU Champollion and IUT Rodez.
