Governance of RAGT

An organisation built on direction and strategic oversight

Incorporated as a limited company in 2001, the RAGT Group is based on a model combining an Executive Board and a Supervisory Board, guaranteeing a clear separation between management and control responsibilities.

The tasks of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board

The RAGT Group's governance model is in line with the provisions of its status as a public limited company. It has both an Executive Board and a Supervisory Board. This form of administration and management establishes a clear separation between management and control functions.

  • The Executive Board is responsible for the management and direction of the company, and for ensuring that the company's strategy is implemented. Representing the diversity of RAGT's expertise, it ensures alignment between the Group's overall ambitions and the operational reality of its subsidiaries.
  • The Supervisory Board exercises permanent oversight over the management and decisions of the Executive Board, in the interests of the shareholders. The Supervisory Board represents the shareholders and monitors the decisions taken by the Executive Board, with a view to ensuring stability, transparency and long-term viability. The composition of the Supervisory Board reflects the Group's heritage as well as its future development.
